Refunds

Recognii operates a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your DVD to return it and request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original cellophane packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns if the cellophane wrapper has been removed from the DVD. 

To start a return you can contact us at returns@recognii.co.ukOnce your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once your return is approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund payments

Damaged or faulty goods Please contact us immediately if your DVD is defective or damaged and upon receipt of the returned item we will issue an immediate replacement.
