Happy memories make you feel positive and calm, say scientists

Recalling happy memories elicits feelings of positivity and enhances one's wellbeing, according to a study by the National Centre for Biotechnology Information in the US. Remembering good times can dampen our stress response and make us feel calmer. Part of the aim of Recognii TV is to do just that - prompt happy memories and laughter with feel-good sights and sounds. We hope it helps calm people with later stage dementia as well as giving them a happiness boost.
